Application of dry powder fire truck
The dry powder fire extinguishing agent loaded on the dry powder fire truck is corrosive. If you don't pay attention to the use and maintenance methods in the application process, the service life of the dry powder fire truck will be greatly reduced. In addition to the maintenance and inspection of nitrogen cylinders in accordance with the relevant national regulations on cylinders, the cylinder pressure shall be checked every three months. If the pressure is less than the rated pressure at room temperature, it shall be refilled. During inflation, the nitrogen cylinder can not be disassembled, and the high-pressure vent is connected with the inflation pipe to fill nitrogen. Before inflation, close the cut-off valve on the decompression, connect the inflation pipeline with the high-pressure anti gas, and inflate the nitrogen bottle group. The nitrogen cylinder can also be removed and sent to the inflation station to fill with nitrogen. As a pressure vessel, the dry powder tank shall first be maintained in accordance with the safety supervision regulations for pressure vessels. The pressure test of the dry powder tank shall be carried out every three years, and the hydrostatic test shall be adopted. The test shall be carried out in strict accordance with the safety supervision regulations for pressure vessels. During the pressure test of the dry powder tank, the safety of the top of the dry powder tank shall be checked to see whether the pressure can be relieved within the pressure range. Frequently check whether the dry powder gun rotates flexibly and whether the powder ball can be opened reliably. Otherwise, check the lubrication condition and eliminate faults. Regularly lubricate and wipe and clean the powder ball to ensure the service performance. The butter cup of the dry powder gun should be filled with butter once a year. The rubber hose shall be inspected once a year, and it shall be replaced in time in case of crack in one day to prevent burst. After the powder spraying of the dry powder system is completed, the tank shall be refilled with dry powder in time. Before powder loading, check whether the flange for residual powder at the bottom of the tank is well installed and whether the rubber sealing ring is well padded. If the above phenomena occur, reinstall it and tighten the bolts evenly. Open the powder filler cover, check whether there is ponding, sundries and wet caking residual dry powder in the tank, and remove it if any. Before powder loading, it is strictly prohibited to put caked dry powder or sundries into the tank to avoid blocking the pipeline and causing accidents, and try to avoid powder loading in high temperature and humid climate. When installing the powder filling cover, the inner edge of the tank mouth, the sealing surface of the cover and the sealing gasket must be removed without dry powder or other sundries, and the bolts shall be tightened evenly in turn to prevent air leakage on the sealing surface. After each spraying, the spraying pipeline must be purged to remove the dry powder extinguishing agent remaining in the pipeline.
There is a high-pressure container on the dry powder fire fighting vehicle. When operating the dry powder fire extinguishing, the operator must not panic and carry out it in the order of the operation instructions to prevent the equipment from being damaged by misoperation and causing casualties. After the dry powder injection is completed, the dry powder gun can be directly closed, and then the air inlet of the dry powder tank and the cut-off of the nitrogen cylinder can be closed. It is forbidden to move the vehicle when the high-pressure valve is not closed.
