Dustbin:

Operating system:

Swing arm garbage truck hopper:
Garbage hopper is a metal weldment, which has two forms: open and sealed. After the bulk goods are loaded into the hopper, hang the lifting chain, and the hopper can be hoisted onto the hopper by operating the swing arm. When unloading, operate the swing arm to lift the hopper. After landing, remove the lifting chain at one end to operate the hopper for unloading. The maximum tilting angle of the hopper can reach 86 °.
Hydraulic operating system:
It is composed of oil tank, oil pump, multi-channel directional valve, hydraulic cylinder, balance valve, hydraulic lock, oil filter and pipeline. The whole system of the swing arm garbage truck is powered by the automobile gearbox and power take-off, and the manual multi-channel directional valve operates the outrigger cylinder and swing arm cylinder for telescopic movement. The displacement of the oil pump in this system can be controlled by the manual throttle under the vehicle. The manual reversing valve handle controls the valve rod stroke to control the movement speed of the cylinder piston rod. The system pressure can be set by the safety relief valve. If the system exceeds the set pressure, it will be overflowed by the safety relief valve.
Operating system:
The conversion of various functions is realized through the system. Before operating the multi-channel directional valve, the power take-off shall be hung to drive the oil pump.
The telescopic, loading and unloading of the outrigger can be completed by operating the handle of the multi-channel reversing valve by the swing arm garbage truck. By operating the throttle handle beside the multi-channel directional valve, the engine speed can be controlled, so as to adjust the flow of the system and change the working speed of the mechanism.
No. 1 height control valve is used for front suspension control. It has two solenoid valves to control the left and right air springs respectively.
The No. 2 height control valve is used for rear suspension control. It also uses two solenoid valves. In order to prevent abnormal pressure in the air pipeline, an overflow valve is used in the No. 2 height control valve.
